For upper floors or windows that would need ladders, scaffolding or specialist access equipment, we're upfront that this sits outside our current scope, rather than attempting access we're not equipped for.

No — exterior windows above ground-floor or safely reachable level need ladders or specialist access equipment we don't currently use. We're upfront about this limit rather than attempting access we're not set up for.
