It covers similar ground, but end-of-tenancy cleaning is specifically built around what a landlord or letting agent typically checks before returning a deposit. Move-out cleaning is the broader option for anyone vacating a property, whether or not a deposit is involved.
Do you clean an empty property or one with furniture still in it?
Either, but an empty property is more efficient to clean thoroughly, since we can reach skirting boards, corners and floor areas that furniture would otherwise block.
Can you clean the same day my belongings are removed?
In many cases, yes — let us know your moving timeline when requesting a quote and we'll do our best to schedule around it, subject to availability.
Do you remove rubbish or items left behind?
No, removal of belongings or rubbish isn't part of the cleaning service. If items are left, we'll clean around them and let you know.
What if the property needs oven or carpet cleaning as well?
Both are available as add-ons to a move-out clean. Mention them when requesting your quote and we'll include them in the scope and price.
How much notice do you need?
As much as you can give, especially around common moving dates. We'll always try to accommodate shorter notice where the schedule allows.
Will marks on walls be fully removed?
We give walls a light clean where marks can reasonably be removed without damaging paint. Deeper marks, scuffs or damage may need painting or repair work outside the scope of a cleaning visit.
