Because it's a maintenance visit rather than a reset, regular cleaning covers the rooms and surfaces you'd expect from weekly upkeep — not the inside of ovens or built-up grout, which sit under deep cleaning instead. If a visit uncovers something outside that scope, we'll flag it rather than skip past it.

Regular cleaning is priced and scheduled as an ongoing plan, with the same checklist run each visit to maintain a standard. A one-off clean is a single visit with no ongoing arrangement, often used before an event or simply as a reset.
Can I change my frequency later?
Yes. You can move between weekly, fortnightly and monthly, or pause altogether, whenever your circumstances change. There's no minimum term to work through first.
Will I get the same cleaner every time?
We prioritise keeping the same cleaner on recurring bookings wherever scheduling allows, since it usually means a better result and less explaining each visit.
What happens if I need to skip or reschedule a visit?
Let us know as early as you can and we'll move the visit to another day that week or the next available slot. Recurring plans aren't a fixed contract, so occasional changes are expected.
Do I need to be home for every visit?
No. Most recurring clients arrange key access, a door code, or another way in and aren't present for the visit. You're welcome to be home if you prefer.
Is a deep clean needed before starting a regular plan?
Not always, but it helps. If your home hasn't had a proper clean in a while, starting with a deep clean sets a higher baseline, so every regular visit afterwards is working from the same starting point.
Are supplies included in every visit?
Yes, cleaning supplies and equipment are included as standard. If you'd like a specific product used, just mention it when setting up the recurring booking.
